anonomous 5734 Posted January 2, 2005 Share Posted January 2, 2005 I'm approximately 5'6, and I weigh 123. My Body fat % is 14.7. I have a nice 6 pack(and 2 muscles not as big at the top). I usually sleep from around 10:30 to 6:25. What are some ways(no steroids) that i could put on some weight before the end of spring? Link to post Share on other sites
