I apologize for Mr. Dyer there......he'll sometimes let the obvious go right over his head, this is what I did while I was fit enough, and it kept me fit and prepared...

I started at when I was 15, I was already on my own and living here and there, and to keep from being bored to death, I would do 15 push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squats, yada, yada......every 3 months I'd add 5 to the reps.....decide on your own which area needs more work, but don't buy into weights or fitness tapes.

Running and "isometrics", is the key.

1. Please don't apologize for me. I haven't been a prick to you, why are you being a prick to me?

2. Recruiters will happily provide you with information on military workouts. My friend, who will leave for Iraq in June, was interested in what kind of workouts he'd need to condition himself for, and the recruiter gave him just what he was looking for. My other friend, who is not interested in joining the military at all, was given the same information, by the same person. As fascinating as people's personal workouts are, I recognized you asked for the military workout that would prepare you for the military, which is why I suggested you talk to a recruiter.

Moose, again, a middle-aged adult picking on a teenager only makes you look bad. So stop already.

Here's some reading you might find helpful.

This is FM 21-20, the Army's "Bible" of Physical Readiness training.

I didn't mean for you to think I was being a prick Dyer. Your 4 word response seemed a tad rude.......I think you read too much into my posts, I was actually being polite. I apologize.

Moi, can't you keep your nose out of things? I think he has a mommy already. Besides, Dyer defends himself a heckuva lot better than you can.

For the rest of ya, yes it's Johnny Depp......and he's probably got a lot of pointers on ab workouts, ( So as not to go off topic )
