Caught Girlfriend cheating on Facebook (Messages)

Okay, So one day my girl gave me her password and email to her Facebook account. Me being the good-hearted person I am, I decided that I wouldn't check her messages or invade her privacy, so I didn't ! So as weeks go on without me attempting to log in her account I one day woke up and decided that I would sign in and see what she's up to. So the first time I log-in I see that the password has been changed. FORTUNATELY, she also gave me her email, so I went to her email and tried my luck and got lucky ! Her email password was the same password that she had for her Facebook. So when you have access to someones email you can change their password on Facebook and get into their account.

 

So, as I'm now secretly logged into her account I see a conversation with her and another man! The conversation consisted of her and him talking about oral sex; he asked my girl for oral sex and she seemed as if she was fine with it....

I know that PEOPLE say trust is important in a relationship, and that you shouldn't spy on that person, BUT WHAT IF you've been putting all your trust into that person , then decide to spy on them and FIND out that this is going on, like what is a person suppose to do?????

It's hard to cheat without lying, the two are always found together. This is why I suggested you keep copies of their texts for this reason, they almost always lie when you confront and than they will only confess to what you already know. The thing I found interesting about the texts is she never put him in his place, she never went nuclear on him for asking her(in writing) for sexual favours . As your girlfriend she is supposed to protect your back when aggressive men hit on her and you are not there to defend your relationship with her. This clearly didn't happen and she blame shifted everything back to you.

 

The fact that she is trying to get you to not believe what you read with your own eyes, that she lied to you face to face should give you more than enough information to choose a path. If she can lie to you she can do a lot more to hurt you, move on.

Maybe it's me but if I caught my GF cheating on me, I leave. Immediately. No questions asked. I refuse to be betrayed and humiliated like that and expect everything will be okay.
