MidwestUSA
I can eat a lot of things raw that I would never eat cooked. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. This summer I found that I'd rather eat green beans and snap peas right off our vines than cook them. A little blue cheese or ranch dressing helps.

HeartDesires
But I hate them! Please help me Yes, well you have to eat them for their fiber, vitamins and minerals. But did you know - studies have shown that black tea (along with it's other health benefits) contains 10x the amount of anti-oxidants found in fruit and vegetables... pickflicker
Heh, I can imagine that turning out quite horrible I completely forgot about stir fry. I can buy a bag of mixed vegies. I never heard about roasting them in the oven. My cooking skills are pretty poor. You only think they are. That's what recipes are for. Follow a recipe to the letter, and anyone can be a good cook. Here is my favorite stir fry sauce: All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce Brown Garlic Sauce) Recipe - Food.com - 87748 Make up a batch and keep it in the fridge. Buy some broccoli, carrots, zucchini, red capsicum (or peppers, I think you call them) and beans. Chop and stir fry all the veg in a hot pan for a few minutes, then add a couple of tablespoons of sauce. Stir fry for a few more minutes (you want the veg to still be nice and crisp!) and then eat. To motivate you to cook more, buy some nice pans, plates, and other utensils. There ate plenty of web pages that tell you how to basically stock your kitchen so that you can cook plenty of different things.

Author somedude81
What are literally the easiest vegetables to cook that taste good? Well what kinds do you hate and what don't you mind? Potatoes, carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes, peas, sweetcorn, cucumber, avocado, cabbage, cauliflower, pepper, Brussels, asparagus, mushrooms? Mashed, boiled, roasted, fried...? Add the ones you almost like to dishes you do like. Else make them into a shake. pickflicker
What are literally the easiest vegetables to cook that taste good? It's a bit subjective. I personally, am mad for broccoli/broccolini. Stir fried with garlic it's easy and yummy. Capsicum, carrots and snow peas are good, because they are naturally sweet. You could eat all of those raw with some hommous or ranch dip.
90s kid
Here's how I sneak veggies into my food daily: - I put peas and broccoli into my rice - Corn on the cob tastes great - Kale chips are easy to make and taste good - Roasted potatoes
Eau Claire
I like just about all vegetables. Yummy. I make stir fries a couple times a week. Not fond of drowning my veggies in fatty cream sauces or other artery clogging goo. If you are so so about some veggies, add fruit like mango, grapes, etc. to your salads. Raw snap peas are a yummy snack. I even like raw corn on the cob when it is fresh.

Mr Scorpio
Buy an onion, green/red pepper, broccoli, and zucchini. Chop these up and sauté them in olive-oil for 5-10 minutes. Dump some stir-fry sauce on top of it. Then dump some egg-noodles on top of that. Then dump all of that on top of 1/2 cup of cooked brown-rice. Now eat.
