Im just recently out of a on again off again 4 year relationship. Ive been dealing with this man always wanting to take breaks, find himself, and a case of the Gigs..

I posted in Breaking up section under "heatbroken" Its suppose to be "heartbroken: , of course , but my hands were shaking as I was typing it. Its recent, as I posted my emotional roller coaster today.

Anyways, my ex spoke very highly to my mom on Thansgiving about how hes lucky to have me in his life and so on. And told my mom , my faults that I need to work on. ( Unfortunately I was still at work, and was running late for dinner, so I missed the conversation)

Bringing you forward to middle December, I found out he was still texting this girl, and I had trust issues with him, so I moved out his house and moved back in with my mom.

After having a long conversation with her this is what I learned .

-I am a runner.. I don't like confrontation. Him and I never really argued because I held my tongue a lot and didn't know how to convey how I felt

- I am 31, and my mom has always spoiled me. My ex actually told my mom that he feels like I make it to easy to run back to her. But by me being spoiled, Ive always lived in a bubble. very Naïve

- I have self esteem issues. I always felt like I was never good enough for my ex, and always questioned why he was with me. But that was how he made me feel. Example. Always having the Gigs. I felt like I was in competition with women.

- I am immature.

-I need to learn to be self confident.

I wanted to give a back story, But lately Ive been listening to "talk" radio in the car when Im on my way to work. Im wondering if anyone knows any good Positive, Self improvement CD's, that I can pop into my car and listen to. Or I can download it to my ipod. I am trying to move forward with my life, and pick up the pieces , and start a new journey . and be a woman which is something I have never done. I just need something to keep me sane.

Excuses be Gone - Dyer

The Power of Now - Tolle

You can Be Happy No Matter What - Carlson

These are books but I am sure you can find them in audio format. All three books specialize from a different angle but all start with yourself. Good luck, hope it helped.

I highly recommend you Bill Harris's Live Principles Integration Process (LPIP) course.

I did try many self improvement courses before I crossed this one. But this course was really different. The way it is structured. Step by step bringing to your consciousness how you, unconsciously, create your life.

I tell you this! If you HAVE ENOUGH and REALLY WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE......

Please don't hesitate!!!

If someone ask me what is that ONE thing most valuable in my education and personal growth, I will say with no hesitation, is Bill's LPIP course.

You can check http://www.centerpointe.com

Please know, I am not affiliated with this program. I just want to share with you and help you to end your problems forever.

IT IS POSSIBLE !!!!

Be well,
