Does a man really love you if he cheats on you for the majority of the marriage. Can he start to love you and still cheat on you?

Do fat kids like cake?

Yes IMHO it is possible that a MM who's cheated on his wife a LOT can still love her. He can love her very much, love what they have together, love her for who she is, how she makes him feel, ect AND still be sticking his c*ck in someone that he finds "hotter" or more interesting sexually. Maybe (as sad as it is) it is boring in the bedroom and as far as him working on fixing it (which would have to admit maybe he's partly to blame) he chalks it up to the wife not satisfying him enough and gets it on the side else where..all the while coming home and making love to his wife, being with her, enjoying her company, and still totally loving her.

Then there are the ones who need women to make him feel complete, to make his "ego" swell, to feel more like a man, still in this case I don't doubt he loves his wife..but he loves himself and his "ego boosters" more...

can he be in-love?

I think this applies similar to what I stated above...IMHO!

LMBO Spock!!! Actually, I know a few kids (not my own, from doing daycare and preschool) that are chunky, (I can't bring myself to say fat about a child) that hate cake or any other type of sweets. They must eat a lot of fattening foods or fast foods to be so heavy. Or maybe they just eat way too much period.

Anyhow to the posters. I don't know how a person can love their spouse and continue to cheat on them so many times. The only thing I can think of is a sexual addiction.

I can't totally understand it myself. It would be that you can only be in the relationship if you are cheating. If you were not cheating you would probably leave. To me then, that would mean you do not really love that person. YOu have to have a suppliment to keep the relationship moving forward. What do you think?

Barby,

With all respect to your post...it sounds like you have been brain washed. Again I pose the question...If the man was not cheating could the marriage last since it seem necessary for them.

Sorry to disagree but I don't think a MM/MW can possibly love their spouse if they keep F@cking around. And if they really do he/she needs to get some professional help for their addiction. If the spouse stays w/ someone who is unfaithful a lot must not give a s*** or they have such low self-esteem they don't want to leave. I don't know, I just find it hard to believe someone can honestly love their spouse and still whore around.

Can A MM or MW really love thier spouse when they are having an affair...

Well... honestly I do believe that a MM/MW can love thier spouse and cheat on them... it's amazing how a lot of people are just really able to seperate themselves from thier "Reality" and "Other world"

However with that said... the question to ponder IMO is this... Is it enough? For a lot of people it is enough... it seems that they too are able to seperate thier own "Reality" from the "Other world" and sometimes that means NOT thinking about what thier mate is doing, NOT allowing reality of what is happening in thier partners world become thier reality as well...

I do (once again) believe that people who cheat, especially over a long period of time but still won't leave thier spouse can love them (on some level) but again.. I wonder more, is it enough?

Tiki said (in another thread) that once you've let go of something (like an affair) or (a cheating spouse) and you find someone that really is all about you... it's amazing how it really does become something you don't want to lose or let go of...

My last thought on this question is this.. a person who cheats IMO is really the only one in any relationship that is getting what he/she needs... the spouse isn't getting what they need and the OM/OW isn't getting what they need either... so yeah... seems selfish.

:lmao:

Well I was gonna say, do farts stink?

I think it is possible that they do love them but may not feel that deep passionate 'inlove' feeling. That feeling they get from outside sources. But it is possible to rekindle those feelings with the spouse too. Just both have to be willing to do that.

I'd like to point out that someone who has multiple affairs probably doesn't understand HOW to love. Or love anyone but themselves. That's of course, a generalization. Everyone's different. Love isn't everything. Factor mortgages and posessions and all other kinds of junk and you don't really HAVE to love anyone to live with them.

The situation is complicated.
