jba10582
I have seen her stuff before and other stuff on non verbal body postures..and I think this stuff is great and sometimes do this in a stretching way at the gym and in a similar manner smiling can slightly alter your mood towards happiness. At times this stuff can come across as a bit acting superior especially when interacting with a person not feeling well, like when your sitting down laid back with your hands over you head can come across with a vibe as being almost an ass, and you're completely out of non-verbal rapport and I do speak from experience (sigh).... so, I try and be conscious of this as to not ALWAYS stay in my own world, if someone else is around that is not having such a good day, because I think some peopel think it is apathetic and maybe I was at times.
