GorillaTheater
One of the reasons I work out (my weight's hung steady at 170 for, Jesus, 30 years or so), is so I can eat what I want. Take last night for instance: Death Fries crinkle-cut French fries Wolf brand chili (no beans) grated monterrey jack cheese onions jalopenos Yum.
MaryJiltz
What works for me: -> I keep on reminding myself that it does more harm than good(satisfaction). It's like those psychology thingie they say, . "Condition yourself to think of it as a bad thing so that eventually you'll learn to dislike it."
BOREDouttaMymind
when a child gets a cut on his knee and cries, he isn't addicted to crying. hes crying because of the cut. your addiction to junk food isn't the problem. you need to find out what is driving you to eat in that manner. many times, the reasons are hidden. are you depressed? are you lonely? does it make you feel good for a few moments? I think youre lacking something. figure out what that is, and youll be on the right track.
