reid Posted January 12, 2005 Share Posted January 12, 2005 My friend called me yesterday at around 12:30 PM and left a message to call her back. I didnt call her back cause I thought, shes just calling to ask if I could pick her up. I didnt want to pick her up cause she knows how to ride the bus and she has to know I cant be there for her all the time. I asked my friend if she was at school yesterday and he said no (she wasnt at school today either). So she didnt call to ask for a ride home. I called her cell today but she didnt answer and she usually does so I thought she just forgot it cause shes done that before. Ive been around her alot and I know she checks who calls quite often so she should have seen that I called. She didnt call me back though. Is she just doing what I did to her yesterday? Not calling back to seem like she is unavailable today? Why do you guys think she would do that? I really want to know why she called but I guess Ill never know now... Just dont call her back until she calls you. = you win Because you pre-empted her you are in the better position. You have us to vent so you have more willpower. She will buckle and you will be in a much better position. She will know she cant push you around. No more taxi service. Dont feel bad. You tried to call her. You didnt call her back out of malice.
