Hi, all!! I'm happy to report that it's done and over with MM. Found out yesterday that there's a few other women, but another woman and I were the 'main' two OWs. Said goodbye and that's all there is to it. I think the other OW is going to stay and try to stick it out. She had sex with him, so I think that raised the bar for her feelings. I am thanking God I never had sex with him. She knows there's probably others, but I hope she realizes there is better out there for all of us. What's done in the dark always comes to light...sooner or later. I hope she doesn't get hurt any further. But I know she will. Found out also he just started marriage counseling with his wife, which the other OW knows about as well. I wish her luck. She's a nice lady. For me, I am GLAD to be free of this nonsense.

 

 

I recall my first post to this thread. Trainers are P*ssy hogs. They play off of women. They get to work out all day get all the fresh meat they want.

Coco, don't feel bad. They have a natural 'in', and most of them exploit that. On top of the physical obvious they end up become a therapist of sorts, and BAM!

Unfortunately I saw your "uh oh theres other OWs" post coming from a mile away.

 

I used to be in this industry and the good looking male trainers are one of the biggest draws to a gym. They walk around, listening, being helpful, telling you how well you're doing, how good you look... seriously, like paid boyfriends. "Oh wow, your butt looks so great! The HIT training is working!"

 

The best looking ones schedules are usually quite full and somehow, some of their gals never seem to get off the roster.

 

The guys are masters of charm. You feel insecure about some baby flab, and he's this tight, muscled guys with his laser beam focus just listening to you like the words falling out of your mouth were like Adele singing something beautiful.

 

I WAS a trainer and I admit, even going into a training project KNOWING they did this (to all their clients) it was hard to resist these guys. Chalk it up to an ego boost and let him go. They always have a gal waiting to pick up another clients slack because here's the biggest secret: they get their ego boost from their clients. And frequently, by how many of those clients want them.

 

Don't play the game. I guarantee there is another man just waiting for you to notice him when you stop looking at MM. An honest, charming, single man who can actually date you without worrying his wife might find out. Or the other gal at the gym he's keeping on the side...

Excellent post. When two people are working closely together toward a common interest/goal several times a week an attraction is bound to spark, especially if both people are attractive. People are human after all.

 

I know and have known a good many male trainers over the years and the story is the exact same with all of them. That is not to say all of them were players or got involved with their clients, but they ALL got an ego boost from their female clients expressing interest, and had the pick of 6-10 clients who were down with getting involved at any given time. Who can blame them? A bunch of hot fit women right in front of your face just ready for the picking.

Did you consider notifying his wife about the transgressions with you and OW2? I'm sure she deserves to know. You should be blunt and to the point. Tell her that you told him to fvuck off and leave you alone, and he wouldn't stop.

 

I would also notify the management at the gym that you are at. This type of POS does NOT need to be working at a gym flirting with all the women that come in.
