Okay so basically this dude girlfriend goes on a date with her ex boyfriend, he gets mad, and she doesn't really care.

I read her texts at work last night but didn't respond. Basically, she said she knew his mom was going to be there and she just wanted to catch up with her "best friend". Said he's now like a brother to her and there are no feelings involved anymore. She then wrote a novel about how much she loves me and that I'm her future he's her past blah blah.

 

Then at about 2:40 when I got off work she asked if she could call me so I finally text back and say sure. We talk for a bit but I let her know how ***ed up it is what she did. She said I have every right to be upset and she understands but insisted it was just a harmless dinner. I finally get her to admit that she just did this to make me jealous and then we talk about her insecurity issues. She hates that I'm a bouncer and she even asked me to quit so I can spend more time with her. I said no. Told her I couldn't get over the disrespect of this all and that I was moving on. She starts to ball, it honestly was rough for me but I just told her to work on her insecurities and try not to be such a jealous bitch to her next boyfriend, then hung up.

 

Fuark brahs. Even though I now know for sure they didn't bang, I still can't get over the fact a girl would do this? I thought her slooting days were in her past but once an attention whore, always an attention whore. And we all know attention whores are actual whores.

He didn't do anything wrong. The time when you hang out with people to make them jealous is for high school. Looks like she hasn't progressed.

 

Maybe this taught her what can be done in a relationship, and what must never happen at all. And to be honest if he hadn't reacted to her and let her keep hanging out with her ex, I'm pretty sure she would have cheated in time. And not respecting him wanting her not to do anything anymore with her ex is pretty much the first red flag she showed him.

I feel like I need more details to decide if she really did anything wrong last night. But regardless, her ex boyfriend is her best friend. Not many people would be comfortable with that, and this guy certainly wasn't. I don't see how they could have worked out.
