joel Posted January 19, 2005 Share Posted January 19, 2005 do anyone her cut their own hair, i feel haircuts are quite $$-some are like 15 bucks for a man's cut and my hair grows back so fast. is there any devices that can help cut my own hair.i heard of one device on tv-but didn;t pay attention as that time i was not interested. yea i now of shaveers and scissors, but anything else. i borrowed a book from the librarty on how to cut hair. what do u ppl do that cut their own hair, Link to post Share on other sites

You could try a barber college -- they usually cut hair for a lower cost. Or learn to love a pony-tail? Friend? Parent? Link to post Share on other sites

Now only if I could afford money for gas to drive the 3 hours to get it cut.....which, probably averages out to be....a trip to the MALL for a cut/shampoo/style! Ugh! C'mon dude, you KNOW how expensive this city is - haircuts for women range around 60...consider yourself lucky. And DO NOT attempt to cut your own hair, you'll just end up looking like a total dork. hurtingandconfused Posted January 20, 2005 Share Posted January 20, 2005 When I had hair I would cut it myself. I learned to cut hair by practicing on my friends. It took me a while to learn how to hold the clippers. But after three to four months of cutting my friend's hair, I started to cut my own hair. You need atleast 2 mirrors, the more the better. You also need to learn how to hold the clippers and/or scissors. The sides are easy to cut, you have to worry about your back. Oh ya once you've got it down all the friends you practiced on will want free haircuts. If all else fails...do what I do...Shave your head. Link to post Share on other sites
