Anyone else deal with plantar fasciitis (under foot)?

It cropped up a few months ago - started around the time I bought some bad shoes, but maybe deadlifts. Anyway, now it comes and goes and I have to keep on it - foot balls/rollers, and now I got some inserts for my shoes. Also bought some more "walking type" comfort work shoes.

 

Wondering if a slant board would also help.

 

Anyone else deal with this?

It crops up with me every now and then. I think my recent bout was from some new shoes I bought several months ago. Just take it easy and listen to your body. It's a bitch to deal with, but you can deal with it. There's plenty of stretches you can do.

I don't even have the thing, and this still feels good

 

 

 

Oooooo I hadn't thought of that! I do use tennis balls, though. So I can imagine how much more intense a smaller, harder object would feel.
