dichotomy Posted February 22, 2014 Share Posted February 22, 2014 (edited) It cropped up a few months ago - started around the time I bought some bad shoes, but maybe deadlifts. Anyway, now it comes and goes and I have to keep on it - foot balls/rollers, and now I got some inserts for my shoes. Also bought some more "walking type" comfort work shoes. Just take it easy and listen to your body. It's a bitch to deal with, but you can deal with it. There's plenty of stretches you can do. Link to post Share on other sites
