tdd Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 I've been having some issues lately, where I find my best friend's relationship with my ex is becoming more and more inappropriate. She is also really good friends with him, and I know nothing would ever happen. But I find that any time we go out, whether we are drinking or not she is just all over him. She talks to him the entire night, while ignoring me. She is really close to him, dancing really dirty or basically sitting in his lap and chatting all night. It just really bothers me because she knows that it makes me jealous, and I have told her that it bothers me and she shouldn't be all over him like that. Everyone else sees it and agrees, yet she just never changes or makes a conscious effort to stop what she is doing, and sees nothing wrong with it because it "doesn't mean anything" It also makes it awkward for me, when I show up to a party and I am trying to talk to her, but she just ignores me and goes and hangs around him (since I don't really want to be around him any more). I just don't know what else I am supposed to say to make her see things from my perspective, since I have tried time and again to tell her that it bothers me, and she continues to do the same thing every time. Maybe spending so much time together isn't a good thing and you should tell your best friend not to include her so much when you guys go out. Link to post Share on other sites

And you need to have a talk with your best friend and find out what is going on and if he assures you it's all her and not him, ask him to exclude her because it's making you uncomfortable.
