When I was angry, sad, frustrated, horny.. I worked out like a beast. I kept thinking, I'm training to be his hottest ex. lol. Eventually, I started training for myself. I've lost 30lbs and re-sculpted my body completely. Now, working out calms and energizes me at the same time. Totally hooked. Keep it up! What keeps me hooked to working out? Its the thoughts of my ex. Whenever such thoughts come to my mind I start working out , lame but it works Link to post Share on other sites
