Boyfriend Doesn't believe me when I tell him something.

My boyfriend is 27 and I am 23. We have been through a lot over the past year of being together. I moved in half a year back to help with rent when his roommates gave a sudden notice they were moving out. I felt bad for my boyfriend as his roommates owned a dog that chewed holes in his mattress, not once..but twice! I love him dearly, but sometimes I feel he doesn't trust what I say, it really gets under my skin. My boyfriend is an analyst and his family takes his job pretty serious. Sometimes I feel he doesn't trust or believe the things I say and I recently found a commissioning job as a digital artist starting off with nice pay that will greatly help me out and contribute more with things! I told my boyfriend out of excitement and recently asked a friend Mike who is sheriff down where I use to live if he could do a back ground check on the small business, and nothing turned up out of the ordinary. No criminal records, completely clean. My Boyfriend I feel hasn't been as excited as everyone else has been. When I talk about it he gives off this type of expression that he doesn't believe me. He ended up pulling up a website and I asked him what it was. He said, "Its a site to lookup businesses." He typed in the username of his Diviant art account, after I told him that was his username and he said, "Its for window glass repair...." Almost like, "You are a liar." He makes a, "yeah right face" and says, "yeah......cool.." I gave him a hug from behind and asked him to please trust me. Is it wrong for me to ask him to ease up a little and be happy for me? -sigh-
