Looking for exercise tips.

Im wanting to go to the gym more; however, Im still new to the setting and when I'm there, i don't know any workouts to do there because i do not know of any. I have been looking online but i haven't found any work out plans and I was wondering if anyone here knew of a site that had free plans to follow or maybe they could post theirs.

 

The main thing i want to do with my body is to gain some muscle and keep my body in shape while also being tone. That is my goal, i weigh 135 pounds and i want to be at around 150. Im a male whose 22 years old and 5'11. I was thinking about ordering some supplements such as protein and creatine, but Im new at this so I don't know what to get and what not to get. Should i also be getting some vitamins and what about the types of food i should be eating.

 

Hopefully you guys can help me here and push me in the right direction. This site has helped me before with other questions, so i hope it continues. Thank you!

You are just 22 and you should be able to perform any exercise and follow any routine without any difficulty. All the best (Y)
