are beards on men more attractive for women in 2014?

I don't care for them because of my own skin issues. if someone with facial hair kisses me my skin becomes very dry and irritated and red, and it's not uncommon to get small pimples from it too. it hurts way too much and I can't enjoy the kissing because of the pain. perhaps girls with darker skin might not care, but for a really pale/fair woman that stubble and scruff rubs the wrong way

I am not a fan, especially of the long messy ones that seem to be popular now.

Usually if your mental state is powerful enough, it overrides any physical preference.

 

If you focus too much on the physical, you're going to be forever insecure - as everyone has different tastes. Some women like beards, some hate them. Some women love giant muscular men, some prefer skinny men. Some women love the bald look, some love short hair, some love long hair. I think the overall thing that almost all women have an inclination towards is tall men - but even then that's easily overridden by a shorter man with confidence/personality.

 

Basically, do the best of what you do. If you have a beard, take care of it. If you have long hair, keep it neat. You're not looking to appeal to every woman in the world, you want to appeal to the ones that would match YOU best.
