Common sense weight loss

Just watched

about one woman's nearly 100 lb. weight loss. I think those of you struggling with diet or postponing starting a new way of eating will get a lot out of it.

 

I think this woman is a makeup artist so I'm going to go back and look for those videos since I am a makeup junkie.

Losing weight is easy.....less in, and exercise more i.e. calorie counting

You can get a natural look with makeup and look better than you do without it.

 

Your true but simplistic advice doesn't work for some people. That is why I posted the video because I wanted to inspire people who've been stalling, thinking it's too hard or they have to go to extremes. Most of them have far less weight to lose. She gives practical tips that have worked for her.

 

It was interesting seeing her earlier videos from a year ago with a fatter face. I thought she looked older than she does now.

I lost another 5lbs this week I just found out....just from doing my crazy daily running and 100m sprints on indoor track, as well as just eating a lot of protein (shrimp,fish, lean beef etc), non-sugar fruits and steamed vegetables.....Carbs have been cut down immensely and fast foods are not my thing. Serious calorie counting

 

 

I am at 12% body fat, 155lbs, in my 40s with visible abs and toned body
