contact1 Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 The article seems more like about why not to sit for long periods, not a substitute to actual exercise, which honestly even just doing a walk around a few blocks can really help. There really isn't any reason why anyone can not exercise (unless they are completely unable to due to some form of extreme handicap), it is just laziness. Link to post Share on other sites
