elseaacych
Hello! Has anyone here tried using apple cider vinegar or honey to fade a mole? What was the result? Was the process easy? Did it fade or was there some residual scarring?
CarrieT
Doesn't work. PERIOD.
Author elseaacych
Seems like an emphatic answer. Can you elaborate?
TaraMaiden
Doesn't work. PERIOD. Because a mole is a growth, not a blemish. Only surgery can remove a mole. Are you sure it's a mole you're talking about, or freckles, or something else? Moles cannot be removed, faded, reduced or changed in any way by using home remedies. you can find tons of information on the internet, and youtube videos, but moles are usually a lot more than 'skin-deep' and really, to be safe and scar-free, you should consult a dermatologist. Home remedies may be all very well for some things, but you can do yourself serious damage if you meddle with something you don't really know anything about.
Author elseaacych
No, this is definitely a mole, with growth. What you say makes sense: definitely a "duh" moment. Thank you all.

GorillaTheater
I've had to get moles removed; I've had too much sun exposure in my life and skin cancer gets to be a concern after a certain point. Went to a dermatologist, and it's no big deal at all. Didn't even hurt.
