Totally mixxed signals

I will try to make this as brief as possible...I have been in a relationship that has been on and off so many times in this one year that I dont know if I am coming or going....My boyfriend was so sweet and attentive in the beginning then he disappeared and come to find out he did a background check on me and found out i did not have a squeaky clean record so he got mad that I did not tell him everything up front,....who tells someone they just met all the bad stuff but we got passed that and stayed together then he cheated on me and we broke up and then he begged and pleaded to get back together only to 3 weeks later start acting distant and when I say acting distant he would not text me back right away or his text stop coming every morning and if they did come it was just GDM instead of the use to be GDM HUNNEY BUN or gdm gorgeous or whatever so I break up with him again and then the same thing happens he begs and pleads and says he will change and all that and we are good for about a month then he gets distant again doing the same stuff like not being so sweet and not texting me back right away and not spending time with me so we go through the cycle over again but this last time I did not go back right away and he posted all over his instagram that he loved me and he wanted to make this right with me and he posted my pic and said he miss me and he made a video of my pics and added the most beautiful song to it and he did all this stuff to get me back only to start acting distant the day after i said we was back together only this time he is more attentive just not so quick with it and he is not saying the sweeet comments he said to get me back......what the hell is his problem and what the hell do i do I am so in love with him and I really feel in my heart of hearts he is the man i am suppose to be with but I am always crying cause i dont know what his deal is he does all this stuff to make me think he really loves me then i get the cold shoulder.....HELP
