So I won a silent auction prize FULL of Vega Sport products. My friend (who is vegan) had been singing the product's praises, so figured I'd go for it.

 

ANYWAYS... does anyone here use these products? Any tips?

 

I am primarily a runner (usually train for 10k races, but am debating about training for a half marathon), and mix in a bit of strength training if that helps.
