The same can be said, if he has you, why would he have a gf? And how do you know he's not skyping her? Just because he said you are the only one? The words of a cheater. He's a pig, OP. I have not shared that because I did not want all the lectures for getting involved with someone who I indirectly report to. He's much easier to work with if I do occasionally answer his calls and texts. Otherwise, my work load increases. Sorry OP , I missed this bit, when I said leave HR out if it. Your work environment has been adversely effected because of him and a sexual interest in you. In fact, I found out that his mistress is a lady who used to work at the company. He left his wife when their affair was discovered, and the mistress quit the company. She was in a different area of the company, so she never worked for him. The more I am learning about him, things he has done, and things he is currently doing (that I was unaware of until I started paying attention to situations involving him), I am seeing that he is a piece of work. Another thing I have learned (from the source herself), he recently had one of his direct subordinates house/pet sit for him while he was on vacation. That even seems odd to me, but maybe it isn't. However, when he returned he cooked dinner for her, and she stayed that night too because it was late (maybe 10 pm). According to her, she slept in his guest room. She said he is like a brother to her, and she isn't attracted to him. Does that seem odd to anyone else that he would have a subordinate spend the night, even when he was home?
