The problem is that I have a stay-at-home occupation and I'm not old enough to visit bars. All of my interests are more or less solo activities. Where could I go to meet people? Where could I go to meet people? hang out in the parking lot of the local 7-11. that's what we did when we were 19. sorry i can't be much more help cause I'm turning 40 in 6 wks. There are a few in my area that are 18+ too so you are more assured that the people around you aren't minors. Bowling alley is another great place because it gives you an activity and it's something you see the 16-20 crowd at frequently. College hangouts. Got a college nearby? Find out where the college kids hang out. I know the college near where i live hangs out at a local subway. They hang out there so much that they actually hung a dart board on one wall and play darts there.... Arcade.. sure why not? Especially during the hours that the little kids are at school. Conventions. If you're in a decent size city there are many conventions or festivals that might come into town that would provide a weekend thing to do and a chance to meet new people. Find something you're interested in (a lot or even moderately) and go there. I like anime so I go to anime conventions.... my friend loves food so always goes to the Cajun Food Festival. Getting f*cked-up on a mystery pill (not quite E) in San Francisco is a memory that I will cherish for a long time I've considered a trip to Britain for a while now.
