I wanted to share this 15-minute workout routine especially recommended for beginners:

 

It's great for losing weight as well as getting into shape.

Just join a circuit training class.

 

The guy doesn't seem very strong by the way. His plank is attrocious and he struggles with the push ups, this is how you do them:

That's because all he does are bicep curls seeing the intro, incline bench press and if I have to guess shrugs. Still, jealous of his BF%, but like beer and pizza too much :-(

 

 

Nonetheless, I joined in the video for fun and actually quite liked it!

Huh, the first thing I thought of when I saw him in this video is Mike Chang Jr.

 

Even his voice is so similar. :laugh:

Or just get a gigantic boob job, so you can do man push ups without bending your elbows....:laugh:

That's it, lower bf% makes him look muscular but in the end it counts for very little.
