Els
So obsessive. Reading stuff like this always makes me sad. It's no different from the anorexic/bulimic girls. He clearly has an underlying mental health issue that needs to be addressed, and steroids will only make that worse (in addition to all the other side effects). But, people are gonna do what they want to do, even if it's bad for themselves.

I didn't believe him. He showed me earlier. He wasn't lying. He does them stood with his back against the wall so he can't "cheat" He made the point that you must do each exercise with the minimal amount of "cheating", so i asked why do you want to "cheat" by using steroids? He said "good point, case closed" What a relief. At least for now
learning_slowly
3 stone of muscle in a year, even for a beginner it seems incredulous. If true, he needs to start marketing his technique.

Very few people who use gear are going to be willing to admit to it...VERY few...He will do whatever you want...Most of these guys wont listen to a doctor, so why are they going to now listen to a friend.?? TFY He has used before, but he hates needles. He cannot inject himself. Someone else who used to work with us before would inject him. That guy finished wish us a few years ago. When he was taking them, he never hid the fact he was taking them. He genuinely doesn't care what people think about him. He has told loads of people he is thinking about taking them again, they all have told him the same thing, dont go down that road again. I have considered him a friend for the last 10 years, I have seen him change when he was taking steroids, I would have to be the one to calm him down. I dont know his body fat levels but he has got a gut, nothing major but he does have one. Thats why I suggested train 3 times a week and work on your gut on the days you dont lift. If he starts using again, I'll know about it.
