Went on holiday for 4 nights to Spain about a month ago and i burnt my legs bad and i have been waiting patiently for the color to fade.

But i have been told that it wont likely disappear until next year !!

If it was a normal tan i wouldn't care but i have white feet, dark shins and calves and white quads.

What can i do? Try to get color on the white parts?

Bear in mind i live in the UK, Wales to be precise and our weather is a bit rubbish tbh.

Its nice and hot now so that's why i am asking for advice. I thought i'd try here as well as advice from elsewhere.

The tan will fade with time. Apart from fake tanning the rest of your legs, they'll be uneven until it does fade.

6 months of hiding my legs.

Fake tan?

**** that, i will never wear fake tan.

Might try a max SPF lotion on the tanned areas and a lower one on the white areas, seems like a solution some have had success with.

Knowing my luck, the UK has had its summer and that option will no longer be available.

It will fade gradually.

For most of my life, I've had bikini tan lines. Less defined in the winter, but still there. But not having actually been in the sun in 3 years, they're mostly gone now. My one day in the sun a year usually lasts me a few months of tan lines.

You can try that, but it won't even out. Like I said, it'll be less noticeable in a month, even less in two and so forth.

Its been a month already and it still looks ridiculous :D

Its my own fault.

This is probably the closest we have had to anything resembling a summer in the UK for about 8 years.

And i have to cover up :(
