A few months now,there is a intensive flirt between me and my female co-worker,we are not in the same floor, but when i see her she is staring at me for long time,she is looking through my eyes,(and when she is back to me)and some time smiles...also her firends when they saw me are smiling,and look at her....unfortunately we havent yet talk each other...She likes me??Should i ask her on date?and how i will do it?

Yes you should. But the problem is that you left it this long (Too long) this is the sign of a man that does not know what he wants to a women. I see it in the street on the way to work everyday when you smile back and forth with people that you either like or know they like you but nothing ever happens. It stays that way for a reason because nothing ever will.

 

Take your chances quickly when they are on a plate, she may have been smiling at you because she liked you a few months ago but could now just be doing it to be polite. At work as well it is risky either do it now or never.
