pappa k
My ex was a curvy blonde and now that seems to be all I'm looking for . I have always liked curves and blondes but I never dated a curvy blonde before my ex . I'm not sure if I'm looking for a clone of my ex cause I may not be over her or is that just the type of girls I like now ?
Author pappa k
Just the fact that you're asking the question makes me think you're not over her. Pretty much every girl I end up with is a curvy blonde. I don't even search for them in particular, it just always works out that way. I mean I'm attracted to other kinds of women besides just curvy blondes , I just want to make sure that I'm not having these feelings because her . I do miss her and still care about her but she's screwed me over and hurt me so many times over the last few months that I feel like I'm over her and glad I don't have to deal with her every day . El Brujo
Enigma32 is right. It sounds like you're still stuck on your ex.
guest569
If it were things like personality, traits, values etc. i would say its your new "type" as relationships teach us what we do and dont want.. but the appearance thing makes it sound like you are trying to replace her. Targetlock
well everyone has a type i guess i like brunettes but end up dating blondes!
d0nnivain
Don't reject a great person over hair color but if your prefernce is for curvy blondes so be it. Although I have dated outside my type, if you line up pictures of the men I dated in my life, the majority all look like they could be related. I definitely have a type: Medium build, thick dark hair & light eyes.
Priv
I kind of extent my type with every new ex. For the longest time I only dated very skinny women. My latest ex was curvier than all previous gf´s, you could even say chubby compared to my usual near anorexic type. So now I do tend to find that attractive too. Dated a black woman once, and while it ended rather quickly after her tend to find coloured people sexually attractive too. I am sure pretty at some point I will have no ´type´ left. But that´s kind of the oppposite you are going through, excluding instead of including type. Especially the hair colour, I think you are correct in looking for a clone. And probably just not yet over her. Though you hear enough women saying they only date dark haired men (you dont know what you are missing, blonde men are waaaaay more fun ), so I wouldnt beat myself up about it.
