I have this 25 year old Math teacher for the previous year but I failed the class but am taking it again in summer school and she is teaching it. During the year she always dressed professionally but now she always wear somewhat short shorts and sleeveless shirts all and She also seems to want to chat more with her male students. Is she trying to be flirty and get the attention of her male students?

summer school is just more relaxed. She probably has fewer classes & more time.
