Getting platinum white hair, with Emo bangs, and want opinions on whether I should do an electric blue fringe or rainbow? :3

Blue is much easier to maintain. Just remember if you don't keep up with the toner (it fades fast) the blue will turn your hair green.

 

When I went platinum with a fringe, very very short hair, I always had a purple fringe so I could tone my hair in the shower.
