carhill
I've found, for myself, it stimulates bile production more consistently and cuts down on gallbladder swelling and other issues in that realm. I'll usually take two or three tablespoons prior to a meal I recognize might give me digestive issues. So far, it works pretty good. As far as health benefits, I know very little about that.
Candy_Pants
Hi . Pregnant lady here, 30 weeks along. I make ginger tea and sweeten it with agave nectar, then add apple cider vinegar to taste. This combo helps keep the stomach acid down and helps keep things "moooving". If you want more specific health benefits, google it!! Some people swear it's the lelixir of life .
Anela
I don't often add it to drinks, but I do add it to a cabbage mixture, and homemade salad dressing. I had a rather "moving" experience with hemp protein powder, if that's what you need help with. Added to a smoothie with banana, coconut milk, and coconut oil, amongst other things.

whichwayisup
Apple cider vinegar? Benefits? Who has had it or has it and what have you noticed about your changing health? I love squeezing fresh lemon into boiled water and drinking it in the morning when I first get up. Google this, lemon is so good for our bodies and has amazing health benefits. michellew
If you're looking to have regular movements, you might also want to try a green superfood powder. I order one on Amazon called "Original Green Superfood" by Amazing Grass. It's work wonders! Since I started drinking it, I poop daily! lol (Be warned, it doesn't taste great and your poop will be dark green!)
EasyHeart
I don't buy into the magic of any food. Like Carhill said, the primary benefit of vinegar (or any acid) is as a digestive aid; it pre-digests hard to digest food. That's why we traditionally eat salad with oil and vinegar, by the way. The vinegar helps to break down the tough plant cells and the oil holds the vinegar onto the leaves. That being said, I LIKE apple cider vinegar because it tastes good. A splash in a glass of water makes a refreshing drink, especially in the summer. It seems to hydrate me better than straight water and it's nice to get a little flavor sometimes. Also, BRAGG'S is the only brand of apple cider vinegar to buy.
