I like to marinate boneless chicken in enchilada sauce(top with cheddar after cooked!) or Italian dressing, grill or bake and serve with a side salad with ranch. Steak is...well a STEAK!! Eat it any way you can! Breakfast for me is either eggs in some fashion with bacon or sausage or an Atkins bar. Peanut butter, nuts or cheese are my go to snacks. I'd get a Foreman grill if you dont have one, for quick/easy meals. And..as mentioned. Cook some 'future food' for the week. I had let myself get a little too comfortable a few years ago and used Atkins to drop around 40#'s. Weighing yourself weekly or more (like I did), was a huge motivation to keep at it, as you watch the weight loss. Good luck! Link to post Share on other sites
