Had my pilot interview this morning. I don't know how it passed.

I've had my skill tests last month in 17.06 and I've passed it. And today I had my psychology interview with the same airline. I don't know how it passed.

 

There were 2 german psychologists and 1 captain pilot. They focused on my weaknesses a lot and tried to change my thought and come against my opinions. I stand corrected and defended and never took a step back. It was a 45 min interview.

 

When I look at it now, I feel %70 positive, %30 negative. Because I talked a lot and time to time they cut my words and said that is enough.

 

The aim of that interview is that they try to break you as much as they can and see how you can manage it. I managed it very well but my friends tell me I was a little stressed when I got out of it and my cheeks were all red.

 

Damn, now I have to wait 2 weeks to see the results and I Have no idea how it passed. Some certain guys fail, and some inefficient guys pass. THere is no standard.

 

I just wanted to share and let it all out.
