Is it free to join church bible school?

Yes...go to your local church (or call), they usually have the hours of worship on the board out front. Then find your way around, or the church secretary can help you.

Most Churches, will have Sunday school before regular services. I encourage you to just show up, and allow them to point you in the direction you need to go. They'll more than likely place you among others your age. Check out a few Churches before you decide on which one you want to call home. And also, there is always going to be one or two things you don't like about a Church no matter where you go, but don't let that stop you from feeding your soul. God be with you.

Your spiritual walk is a life long endeavor. It's a good idea for those who've been through life a little longer than you to give you direction. So most of the time, you'll have a leader for the different age groups dealing with the obstacles that are usually present for said age group.

There is no sin greater than the next. They are all forgiven when you know Christ. It's good that the porn seems to bother you in this way. Hang in there.

Knight, if you want to, you can call a local Church and ask for their Pastor or Priest. But really, God will hear you no matter where you're at. I pray constantly here at work.....God doesn't mind, believe me.

It took me years to find a church that I was comfortable "opening up in" decide what you are looking for and if the church targets those needs. I beong to a young adults group I love it  It helpls me have a support system that is close to my age and it is also nice to have friends who can be supportive.

Give google search with your zip code and the word church. Almost all churches have a web-site. You can find all time and information there. It is free and you sometimes get a free bible + free meal every Sunday. Try few churches until you are comfortable with one.

which church is best for you? honestly, that's something only you can answer. The good part is that many, many churches or faith communities have Bible studies or fellowship nights where you can meet and mingle with people looking for the same thing. Often, when you feel comfortable, when you feel "at home," with a group, you'll know it's where you are supposed to be!

some good places to check are in the local paper's religion section, which often publicize fellowship gatherings, classes or Scripture study groups, or ask at a church office for a Sunday bulletin, which will list times and places for these get-togethers.

when I first move to this town, I registered at the "mother church," the cathedral downtown. but because of the nature of my job, I got to visit many, many churches and meet priests and members of their parish. A couple of years ago, I switched to a smaller, predominantly Hispanic church operated on the city's northside by a group of Franciscans because it felt like home to both me AND to my husband, who is a lapsed Episcopalian. I figure if he feels good about St. Pete's and the people there, then it's got to be a good thing, you know?

you'll know where your church home is as soon as you visit it ... in the meantime, happy seeking!
