Here is my 1 month progress report from the time of my break-up to the present!

 

Before:

-9 lbs thinner/fitter

-Employed part-time as a music teacher

-Spent free time working out and hanging out with friends

 

After:

-Angry

-Depressed

-Gained weight/stopped working out

-Moped around quite a bit

 

One month later:

-Still employed part-time (but will be full-time with 3 jobs in September!)

-Officially the new lead singer for a local rock band! Excited to perform again!

-9 lbs heavier :(

-Took a break from Facebook (has been helping my healing)

-Still pretty angry

-Started taking belly dance lessons! Love!

-Teaching myself Spanish and Italian

-Teaching myself the ukulele

-Joined a dating website and went out on a date

 

Overall, I think I've made some great strides lately and I am proud of most of these things.

 

Goals for next month: lose the weight I gained post break-up, fix my acne/skin problems, become proficient at ukulele by September, clean my friggin bedroom!
