You are "Special"??

Recommended Posts

My friendship vocabulary is quite basic:

1. Someone I know

2. He/She is a friend

3. Close friend.

One of my guy friends said a female friend he speaks to regularly recently described him as a "special" friend and asked what I thought it meant?

Too me, I said she thought he was a close friend.... But he was not entirely satisfied with that answer.... Why did she not just say "close" fiend as that is a very well used description.

Just to clarify, he does not have any special needs and they are normal friends, no hanky panky.

Thanks.

Hmmm, seems like your guess is as good as mine :p

Guess my friend will just have to ask her what she means.

I would wager it's her throwing in a dash of sexuality for one reason or another. Maybe to thank him for many years of service.

LOL! You mean like a medal?

Women can be so difficult to decode! Can mean something or nothing at all....

Yup. ;) She'd probably drop the friend label in this case if she was interested in something more though. =/
