She works w/ me but doesn't have time to get on the computer as much as I do & I can't find much information online. Can anyone tell me of any good sites or any good information. She's been unhappy for years but has just gotten the courage to leave him but she really doesn't want to wait a year to get a divorce. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Lil Honey Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 The length of time she wants to wait and the length of time her state says she has to wait after filing are usually two different things . . . in my state if there are no kids, there is a two-month waiting period.
