Devildog
I think for most guys, the only real consideration is whether a woman can get them up by their ears. Did I just say that? Or did alpha crack into my account?

Devildog
Skinny or muscular, it's all in the flexibility
Ms_Sweetness
I am not a guy, but I hated seeing girls with skinny legs and at the time I was one of them. After putting on some weight and doing squats and lunges, they are very nice if I do say so myself!!
nic23
can protein bars and nutrition bars make legs gain weight?
monkey00
Originally posted by nic23 can protein bars and nutrition bars make legs gain weight? unfortunately not. If you want to gain weight in a specific area, the only known method is to hit the gym (or workout that area). Protein bars/shakes is a supplement to restoring & providing protein to your muscles, which after you've worked out. So workout + protein supplement = muscle growth. i workout at the gym..so... im not sure what's your definition of "skinny legs" for women...but i do know i love women with nice firm legs...lock around my body
nic23
when i say skinny legs i mean chicken legs :-( but i have a huge upper body its just that i dont really have an ass and musuclar legs
ibmfreak
skipping(different ways),jogging with weights tied to your legs, swimming try that. it could be dangerous to have skinny legs because you legs might shiver if you stand for a long time. it used to happen to me.but now i am sure to add squats and hacksquat and calves to my workout. monkey00
i think what ibm is trying to say is use sand bags, or thingy that wraps around your lower leg (which you can put metal bars into) when you go jogging. you can pick those up at your local sporting goods store/ fitness store. Instead of doing that and burning all those calories and carbs, you could try a different approach. which will save you more time, and give you a more intense workout on your legs. go all the way down, but instead go down to your toes...and put your hands behind your back...keep hopping around, believe me, this exercise intensely works out your legs. or you could also jump back and forth between a line quickly which also tires your legs out easily as well. these exercise forms were explained with the best of my abilities, if you dont understand feel free to ask again. just make sure you drink a protein shake before and post workout, even on days when it's healing. or if you join a gym you can use their machinese and do it as well. monkey00
yea squating and deadlifts are great for growing mass i hear. i've never tried it before, as i choose the more conventional method with machines...i guess you could say im not really a barbel guy well i joined my gym about 2 january's ago (jan '04). my purpose was to gain mass. most of last year, i didnt take it too seriously, i never drank any protein shakes, and wasnt on a proper workout program. starting this year i am taking it mores seriously as i was slacking off and didnt get much gains. now i workout 3x a week (mon, wed, fri). about 1hr workouts each time. and drink protein daily. i do my triceps, shoulders, chest on day 1. biceps, back, day 2. abs, legs day 3. what about you
