I just cannot shift the fat on my arms! I'm tall and slim (5ft 10 and a size 10 UK) and ive lost a bit of weight but it does not seem to shift from my arms. Im not over exaggerating when I say they are big, they are 13in round. Is there anything anyone recommends for shifting the fat on your arms? If I loose more weight ill be like a pole and that is not a look I want to go for, as the fat seems to go from my chest and bum. Typically the two places I want to keep!

Agreed. You must weight train and really push yourself. I also incorporate pull-ups (assisted if you need), dips and push-ups in my arm/shoulder routine. Work on your arms twice a week and you'll start seeing a difference in no time.

Two words...

Weight training...

If your body is exactly the way you want it everywhere else, get liposuction. That is what it is for, not weight loss. We are all genetically programmed as to where our bodies hold fat.

Overtrain your triceps. The muscle will never get big, or if it is big, it will waste away.

In your weekly schedule, you must dedicate a little time for arm work with weights.

Getting rid of the fat means means moderate concentration on endurance focused weight training. For me this is mid to high reps (15 - 20) for at least 3 sets minimum, sometimes 5 sets in common workout terminology. At the end of each month I would include one power arm workout. Max weights low reps, 3 sets.

Find a comfortable weight that you can handle, perhaps with some help from a coach or workout partner.

Don't forget the cardio.

Go for weights before lipo. Lipo really is a drastic and last resort action.

You many not be able to lose all the fat you would like from weights but you will end up with more toned, better defined arms and that could be all you need to feel good about them :)

You can't spot reduce fat. Lipo is the only way. Building muscles underneath that fat will only make her arms look bigger. I had a friend who had fat upper arms and fat calves. The rest of her was thin. Reminded me of Popeye.
