monkey00 Posted February 26, 2005 Share Posted February 26, 2005 On my way back home, i ran into this girl from my old college who i havent seen in half a year or more, she looked fascinated when she saw me. She was also with a guy also. whether or not he was a bf i dunnno. we had a short brief convo u know those types, how's everything and keep up to date what the other is currently doing. she asked where i came from, told her i just left the pool hall on my way home. she said we should play pool sometime for me to give her a call whenever, i say "sure". which indicated that her IL is still high. It's hard for her to forget me as i've done much spontaneous things in her presence when we used to hang out. The problem is i want her as a friend, but im certain in the past she's had high IL in me. I'm in no way sexually attracted to her, but if she still is, i'd rather not have the friendship. She has some really hot friends as i've met them in the past... So should i get back into the routine and see how things turn out or just cut her from my life completely? Times like these arent easy to make friends, so why not catch up with old ones and keep them. Link to post Share on other sites

I've attempted to have female friends in the past, but it's never worked out for me. either they or me just slowly lose contact. either i lose interest in them or they fall for me, which is the reason for the lost contact. alphamale, I never have enjoyed the idea of having women friends. AS it is normally a risky situation where one falls for the other. And you probably feel the same as me, "if you cant/dont wanna bang em, why stick around?" As of late i havent been having an exciting social life, as all i do with my friends is go to the pool hall, they're the type of people that dont like to try new things/ meet new people. and i have a very slim circle of friends. Just make sure she knows where the two of you stand as far as a platonic relationship! Maybe if you do hang out with her, try not to be flirty... talk to her as you would any friend, and she shouldnt have any problem knowing you are in it for friendship! Actually, the fact that she like you will make it all the much easier for u. Women do this ALL THE TIME. Become friends with some dude to get to their HOT buddies. So I suggest you do the same, give women a good strong dose of their medicine. Just string her along and once you hook up with one of her girlfriends just slowly break off the "friendshiip". BUT don't get me wrong i've done this to the girl im talking about in the past. Met a few of her female friends and at one point i attempted to hook up with one of em. Well I worked mostly with men for 12 years in my previous job...And I gotta tell ya, MEN are just as bad with the gossiping! Oh and the PHONE too. Don't even get me started on that - and all the whining too. I enjoyed working with the boys cuz it was fun.
