Supernatural
I've been doing this program for 1 month, and holy cow... It's the best diet. I recommend any guy looking to get ripped, or stay at same BF% and bulk to seriously check it out. No more, low carb, carb starve crap, no more lethargic workouts when cutting, no more gaining mass fat when bulking. AND you can eat junkie food, while getting ripped. It's encouraged. No more guilty feelings when binging out with friends... It sounds too good to be true or total bull... I thought the same thing... Tried it for a month and I feel like a monster. Wake up every morning tight, lean, visible abs, destroying PR's... Girls can do it too. Search it... Carb-Backloading by John Keifer. lollipopspot
I don't know the OP's program, but I do believe that the idea of cutting out carbs is a lot of hype. I think the core of a diet should be starches, as it has been in most all successful cultures: http://www.amazon.com/The-Starch-Solution-Regain-Health/dp/1623360277 But this means a whole foods diet, not junk foods. Doesn't sound like cutting carbs is involved here.

JDPT
Ok I think I've read enough. So you are essentially stuffing yourself with whatever you can get your hands on post workout. It's something that's already done, however, with much healthier choices, as opposed to stuffing yourself with cookies and ice cream as suggested. Same perpetuating concept different foods. And in my opinion you will burn off the garbage you stuff yourself with post workout but at a slower rate, two steps forward, one step back kind of thing.
