About a month ago, I get a email thats a forwarded joke and I see her name towards the bottom of the forward list. I email her, we correspond, I asked her to dinner and she accepted. We went to dinner and had a good time. She agreed to go out again, telling me to name the time and place. This past weekend, she calls me and cancels three hours before we are supposed to go out. She tells me she is sick, and proposes to go out the next night. I agreed. She was supposed to call that day, but never did. I called her, left a message, and no response. Whats the deal? I'd say give this a couple of days to be sure, but it's not looking good at the moment. OK, who knows she might quite ill and not able to call you back... but usually this sort of silent treatment, at this early stage of "dating", is probably an indication she's not all that interested.
