have any of you had a little laser? (blood vessel)

i'm bored. so a kind of random question:

 

what exactly is a popped blood vessel i have what i have been told as many all over. they are little red dots on my fingers ( which have gone away ) and a few on my face. i have this one bright red dot right in the middle of my upper lip. they are perfect accept for that one spot. i really don't care about imperfections so i have had it for years. but the vanity in me wants to see it gone. so has anyone had spots like this? if you have had them removed how much was it? i hate to spend $ for a stupid cosmetic procedure, but if it costs $100 to get it lasered and be gone, why note? i'm sick of people asking about it.

They're called cherry angioma. It happens with age and they're very common.
