No it's not matter of time..it's matter of when you had enough....it's matter when you realise your individuality,it's matter when you realise your dignity....

To Good to Leave, To bad to stay.

It's really an eye opener and I read the book as part of my therapy. The book goes through a whole list of relationship issues. You answer either yes or no to the questions for example lack of communication etc. Basically at the end of the book it says if you answered yes to any of the questions (Around 30) the relationship is not that good!!

" I Used To Miss Him But My Aim Is Improving" the guide to getting over a break up. Really good book. Was really funny. It helped me feel better, and sexier, and got me through tough times.

How to Survive the Loss of a Love

It is actually available online for free. You'll find it if you enter the above title in Google in quotes and then type mcwilliams beside it.

This book is awesome....has helped me through two of the worst "love" losses in my life. It is an easy and short read too. :)

Took the words right outta my mouth, EC.

"Don't Call That Man!" is another really good one. The author breaks down the cause of your urges to make contact and walks you through them so you don't do anything you'll regret or be embarrassed about later.
