dichotomy
Maybe this woman was abused as a child, or is mentally ill. Also frankly sexual and violent expressions by women are WAY up, we could discuss why this is, but that discussion might get heated. We need to understand that a child/teen and even very young adults brain is not fully developed and giving consent to an adult is not appropriate or legal. This does not diminish that young people/teens either female or male are not sexual beings who seek to express their sexuality and will willing pursue adult partners. There was a male teacher recently charged with sexual involvement with several minor females in a high school (ages 17 ish). He was fired and stripped of his teach license - however the parents of the girls decided not to press charges as they (the 17 year olds) pursued him for certain benefits in school and were honest about it. They pursued and seduced him. I don't think this is right - but charges were dropped. Edited September 24, 2014 by dichotomy
Author Tayken
This doesn't just happen in schools, it happens in the workplace also.
thefooloftheyear
Seriously? Ewwww Yep...seriously....and so would just about any 16 year old kid...Thats what 16 year olds do and when you add the element of the teacher student dynamic..then its almost too hard to pass up..Dream scenario for kids that age...I'm sure you have heard the song " hot for teacher"?? no? Oh, Im sure there are some that are going to proclaim they wouldnt, but if you put that on their plate....they are taking it... Im in no way justifying it, its wrong and she should get whatever is coming to her...I think in a lot of these cases, though, id be willing to bet that the guys never complained about or say they were raped....I bet it got blown up becaise one or more of the boys bragged about it, and a parent found out and blew the whistle.. Cases of true"forcible" rape of a man(even a young one), by a woman are very rare... Even a typical male kid that age could overpower just about any grown woman, so if they didnt want it, its hard to imagine a scenario where they got forced into doing it...Not the same for a young woman with a grown (or not) man... But anything is possible.. TFY Edited September 24, 2014 by thefooloftheyear
Toodaloo
I suddenly have that song "Thats what I go to school for" going through my head... Busted you have a lot to answer for... Lets blame them... I don't know why we are seeing more of this. Perhaps kids feel better able to come forward. Perhaps they have been watching too much TV... Who knows. I do think that youngsters these days (Oh God I sound like my mother and grandmother...) are far more sexually aware. Sex seems to be everywhere you look and advertising everything from ketchup to shoes... It gets very boring but when you are young and impressionable and constantly having sex, the requirement to be sexy and so on shoved in your face constantly at a time when your hormones are running rampant round your body it must be pretty difficult to concentrate on anything else... Going back to blaming Busted for chasing Miss McKenzie...

Going back to blaming Busted for chasing Miss McKenzie... Yes, and unfortunately young women are the victims of this most of the time. I heard a woman say her 13 yr old has a bf, and they are happy to leave her and this boy down in the basement hanging out There is a line narrated by someone else in that Beyonce song called "flawless". It talks about how women are encouraged or brought up by their moms of course to be in competition with other girls not for career progression, but for the attention of boys/men. I mean how true is that when you hear about the bad mouthing/cat fights/dressing (that they claim to do for themselves and not other women)/ etc?
