Candreas
This past year has been rather interesting for me. I've gone through a very strange on and off depression of sorts that really made me step back, take notice and evaluate my life. Long story short, I'm beginning to see(and feel) just how much of an impact an unhealthy lifestyle has had not only on my body, but on my mind as well. Whether it be proper diet, better sleep, exercise etc. The more you neglect these things, the more it begins to effect your personal well being. Furthermore, those little indulgences become common place in your life without you even realizing it and you just end up sinking yourself a little more each day.
Dontfindme
I guess sometimes when you can't improve your mind(set) right away, you get started on your body - work out, sleep, diet. I've been trying to better myself, and I am truly impressed with how far I've come in such a short amount of time, and how improving upon my body has translated into improvements on my mind.
