I was off for two god damn weeks and on my first day back at work already I'm thrown in the deep end of the pool. I mean today is the perfect example of the **** I had to face at work and tomorrow I need to see HR about my manager. No wonder I have to take three tablets a day to keep my stomach under control due to the stress. When I was off for two weeks my stomach was settled but now it starting to act dodgy again. I told a union rep of my manager recent behaviour and he bloody flipped like someone poured paint remover over his car.

 

Worst still I had a pregnant woman decided not only to take her lunch break earlier than normal but happen to sit in the perfect position to see me clearly having my dinner in the canteen.

Yes she knows exactly what time I go to the canteen for my food and I always leave before she arrive for hers. She also know what table I sit at and to make matters worst there was empty seats around the table she's sitting at and there is no excuse for her to be facing me. She wasn't having a face to face conversation with someone, she happen to sit alongside another woman which give her a clear view of me. Luckily I had my back facing towards her and I weren't aware of her presence until I turned around. The only better angle she would of got is to tell the people sitting in front of me to move or knocked down the wall behind directly behind them.

Not in a million years would I be comfortable sitting in a position and having to look at my exAP. I would make sure she would be out of my sight so things would be easier on me. However she done it and the question is why?

 

Finally shortly after our breaks she just happened to walked into me and she was stunned. So I guess she didn't expect me to be in that room getting a few things. Funny how she could happy have me in her sight for over ten minutes but didn't know what to do when face to face with me. And yes I did take my break shorter than normal for the obivious reasons. Sometimes I wonder if Forgetting Sarah Marshal is base on a true story?

 

Yes my exAP actions are questionable and the best explaination I could come up with is the fact she saw A Million Ways To Die In The West. It's a very funny film but she would be very uncomfortable if she saw it for several obivious reasons.

Sorry but I needed a good rant and I had to re-write my original because of too many swear words.

 

The truth is I been away for two weeks and I felt great. The reason why I went on holiday is to get away from everything and on my first day back at work I get all this thrown back into my face. There is a possibility my exAP actions were accidential or she didn't realise I was back and just couldn't be bothered moving to a different seat. Who knows but her main concern is should be focusing on creating a good environment to bring up her baby in.

 

The reason why I was so angry that day was the result of my manager and I'm going to have a meeting with the HR manager. What my manager tried to do is prevent me putting down any negative comments about him in the survey being carried out on our department. After I did these forms, he kept asking me what I put down and kept requesting if I followed his instructions to put a joke for my comment? He even wanted to sit next to me while I fill out the form and you wonder why I'm so pissed?

 

Now as for my exAP I was late to a meeting today and so was she. I had to stand near the end of the room with some space behind me. She decided to wait by the doorway because she didn't want to stand next to me. It just shows how upset and angry she is with me and the situation we are both in.
