Day.One
Day 1 of 'Couch to 5k', successfully completed. No paramedics, no 'blues and two's', no oxygen required! Not even someone shouting "CLEAR!" over my lifeless twitching body. (was only 20 minutes though.)
cerridwen
And how was Day Two? "Sitting is the new smoking." I heard that phrase last night and couldn't agree more. So, good for you for setting such a goal. Keep us updated!
Author Day.One
And how was Day Two? "Sitting is the new smoking." I heard that phrase last night and couldn't agree more. So, good for you for setting such a goal. Keep us updated! Day two went OK. Harder as my upper thighs were not used to running. I do a lot, A LOT, of walking/hiking, hundreds of miles a year. But running is new. And i've got a streaming cold, so running or swimming last night. Early night and big dose of Nyquil instead. Edited October 10, 2014 by Day.One
